A 32-bit or 64-bit PC computer running Windows 8 operating system or later

At least 512 MB of RAM

The latest version of a recommended internet browser with TLS1.2 enabled in Internet Options. Recommended browsers:

A Windows-compatible printer with a resolution of 300-dpi or higher. Supported printers include:

Stamps.com ProLabel Express

DYMO LabelWriters (EL60, 320, 330, 330 Turbo, CoStar XL, Duo, Twin Turbo, 450, 450 Turbo, 450 Twin Turbo, and 4XL)

Eltron and Zebra printers

Most inkjet and laser standard printers

Open the downloaded file. Our Installation Wizard will open and begin installing.

Enter your Stamps.com Username and Password, then click Sign In. If you have not opened a Stamps.com account, click the link at the bottom of the login window to create an account.
You must close Stamps.com before you can uninstall it. To do so, select File, then Exit.

Select Start in your Windows taskbar and type in Stamps.com.

Select Uninstall Stamps.com.

Choose Uninstall Stamps.com in the pop-up that appears. Then, click Next.
Stamps.com PC Software will be uninstalled. You can reinstall it by going to Stamps.com/download.
Uninstall Does Not Close Account
Uninstalling Stamps.com software does not close your account. To close your account, see our Close Your Account help article.
You can choose to start the Stamps.com application without logging in to your Stamps.com account.
When working in offline mode, if you perform an action that requires you to be logged in, a login pop-up will automatically appear.
To work offline when your system starts up:

Go to
File > Preferences
. The Preferences dialog box will open. -
Go to the General tab.

Uncheck the box next to Prompt for login at start-up and click OK.
Stamps.com will now launch in offline mode until you disable this setting.
