Create Multi-Recipient (Batch) Shipping Labels in Stamps.com Mobile

You can quickly create and print shipping labels for multiple contacts at once directly from the Stamps mobile app.

Plan Availability & Limits

  • Plan Requirement: This feature is available only on Professional subscription tiers and higher.

    It is not available on lower-level plans.

  • Batch Limit: The mobile app currently supports selecting up to 10 contacts per batch.

Print Multi-Recipient (Batch) Labels

Follow these steps on the mobile app to print Multiple-Recipient Labels:

  1. Open the Stamps mobile app.

  2. Tap Create.

  3. Tap the Address Book icon.

  4. Select the contacts you want to ship to (up to 10 recipients).

  5. Configure the shipment details (carrier, service, package type, and weight) to be applied to the batch.

  6. Tap Print to generate and print your shipping labels.

A confirmation message will display, and your labels will be sent to your configured printer or saved as a PDF.
