Customers shipping from the United States can connect their UPS account through Worldwide Express (WWEX) to access negotiated UPS rates and create domestic and international shipping labels in Stamps.com.
Worldwide Express is an authorized UPS reseller that provides and manages these negotiated rates. Once connected, customers can view their negotiated UPS rates directly in Stamps.com when getting rates for a shipment.

Available ship-to countries depend on the selected UPS service.

International shipping is supported. Stamps generates the required customs documents when you create an international label.

The Stamps.com integration with Worldwide Express does not support third-party billing.

Pickup cancellation is not supported through Stamps.com. If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact UPS directly.

No End of Day / Manifesting Required: Stamps.com submits all shipment data electronically at the time of label creation. No end-of-day process, manifesting, or PLD form is necessary.

Tracking: Tracking uses the 1Z UPS tracking number. Webhook-based push tracking is not supported.

International Documents: All required customs and international shipping documents are generated and returned automatically by the API.

Hazardous Goods: Shipping hazardous materials is not supported through this integration.
