New Customers: Link Your USPS Business Account to Stamps

To access specialized USPS Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) rates, you must complete a mandatory onboarding process to connect your USPS Enterprise Payment Account (EPA) by completing your USPS (Business Account) Customer Onboarding Portal (COP) and contract rates to your Stamps.com account.

For an overview of how Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) customers use a USPS Enterprise Payment Account (EPA) with a Stamps.com account , see our USPS Business Portal & Enterprise Payment Account (EPA) page.

This guide covers the process for new Stamps.com customers, including those who do not yet have a USPS Business Account or those who have an account but have not yet established a payment method (EPA).

Already have a USPS Business Portal and NSA Rates? See our page for Existing Customers: Link Your USPS Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) Account.
