Endicia is Moving to the Stamps.com Interface

Starting January 31, 2026, when you sign in to Endicia, you’ll be redirected to Stamps.com, which has the same and more of the mailing and shipping features you use on Endicia today – the main difference is a fresh new look.

You will be able to use your existing username and password, and access existing configurations such as contacts, store connections, presets, and more without any additional action required.

Why was this change happening?

This update is being made to help improve performance, unlock additional features, and create a more unified mailing and shipping experience.

Will this change affect all Endicia products?

No. Customers using the Endicia web app will be redirected to Stamps.com to enjoy all access carriers and services, rate discounts, schedule pickups, track items, view reports, and more.

Customers who use the UIs listed below will notice that some actions within their application that would normally display content from the Endicia web app will display content with Stamps.com branding.

Can I still log in to my Endicia account?

Yes. Your existing Endicia username and password will now give you access to your account on Stamps.com.

Will my account settings and preferences carry over?

Yes. Your existing account information and configurations will remain available, including:

Username and password
Contacts
Store connections
Presets and saved settings
Account balance

No additional setup is required.

What happens to my account balance?

Your balance will be automatically transferred. No additional action is required on your part.
