To cancel your Stamps.com Multi-Location (Enterprise) account, you must be the Corporate Admin on the account. Please email Enterprise Support with your username, meter number, or account number to close the account.
Any remaining balance on your account at the time of closure will be mailed to the address on file. If you need the payment sent to a different address or issued to a specific company or individual, please include that information in your email.
If you're using our invoicing payment method, a 30-day advance notice is required.
If you're not the Corporate Administrator and don't know who holds this role but need to close the account, our support team can help. Please email Enterprise Support with your username, meter number, or account number for further assistance.
