Stamps.com Multi-Location accounts offer several role and permission settings for each user in your account. As a Location Admin, you will have the ability to set these permissions up for the users within your Location.

Go to Account Settings.

Select My Account, then choose Manage Account from the drop-down menu.

Select Users in the left hand side bar.

Check the box next to the user you want to edit. The user details will appear on the right side of the screen.

Adjust the user's permissions as needed.

Click Save to update the user's permissions.
Changes to a user's permissions will take effect the next time they log in to their account. Those users may gain or lose access to some tabs or buttons, so be sure to alert them!

Buy Supplies |
Check the box to give the user access to Purchase Supplies from the Stamps.com Store. Remove the check to disable access the next time they log in. |
Cost Code Required |
Check the box to require the User to use Cost Codes on all shipments in their Location. This will help ensure your customers are billed the appropriate mailing and shipping expenses. Remove the check to disable this requirement the next time they log in. |
Edit Cost Codes |
Check the box to allow the User to add and remove Cost Codes in their Location. Remove the check to disable access the next time they log in. |
Per-Print Maximum of |
Check the box and enter a dollar amount to limit the maximum postage amount the user can spend per print. Remove the check to disable the restriction the next time they log in. |
