If you need any assistance with Stamps.com, you have several options for technical support.

Chat Support

You can chat with our Stamps.com Assistant 24/7 for answers to frequently asked questions.

To do this, please log in to your Stamps.com account. Once you’re signed in, go to the Help tab and select Chat with us.

Email Support

Email support is available at any time and you'll receive a response within 1 – 2 business days.

Please use the Contact Us form to submit an email to our team.

Phone Support

Telephone support is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm Central Time. Call the toll-free number 1-888-434-0055.

For Enterprise and High-Volume plans, you will find your support phone number in your account's Help menu.

Multi-Location (Enterprise) Invoice Support

For multi-location (enterprise) accounts with invoicing inquiries or questions about a non-payment notice, please get in touch with an Invoicing representative at 888-427-7606, Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM Central Time.

Our online help center is available 24/7 with information about carrier services, how-to guides, and troubleshooting steps, so you can learn how to use features or resolve common issues right away.

Using the ChatBot

When you open the chatbot, you'll be greeted by the Stamps.com Virtual Assistant, who is ready to help. Just type your question or describe your issue in a complete sentence, and the Assistant will quickly assess your query.

Depending on your needs, the Stamps.com Virtual Assistant will:

  • Provide step-by-step guidance for specific tasks and share helpful articles that can answer your questions, or

  • Connect you with a live agent for more personalized support.

This ensures you get the right help—fast, and from a real person when you need it!

The Stamps.com Assistant also has a feature called persistent conversations, which means you can leave the conversation at any time and pick it up again later or receive an email notification when a response was provided to you.

Once you're done with your chat, just close the widget and it will be ready for you next time!
