The Issue

What to Do
Here are a few things that can help resolve this issue:

Set your printer preferences to print at the lowest possible quality. Then, attempt to print your envelope again.

If the problem persists, set your printer preferences to print at the highest possible quality. Then, attempt to print your envelope again.

Your printer’s driver may be damaged. Try removing and reinstalling your printer driver.

The Stamps.com software may be corrupt or damaged. Repair the Stamps.com software.
