Follow the steps in this article to verify that your Windows 7 or Windows 10 region and date settings are correct.

Open the Windows Control Panel.

Open Region (Windows 10) or Region and Language (Windows 7).

Select the Format tab. Verify that the Format is set to English (United States).

Click the Additional Settings button. Then, select the Date tab.

Verify that the short and long date formats are set to:

Short Date: M/d/yyyy

Long Date: dddd, MMMM d, yyyy
