A printer driver is the software that tells Windows how to communicate with and send print jobs to your printer. If the printer driver software becomes corrupted, you may experience issues when printing postage and labels from Stamps.com, such as:
-
The printer does not print at all
-
The print job is offset on the paper or label
-
A blank page or label is printed
-
The printed postage or shipping label is blurred, too dark, too light, etc.
This article will guide you through reinstalling the driver for your printer in Windows 10 or later. Follow the steps in the correct section below for the type of printer (inkjet/laser printer or Zebra thermal label printer) you are using.
Please see our ProLabel Express help article for detailed instructions on reinstalling the driver for a Stamps.com ProLabel Express printer.
