Print 9 Promo Stamps

If you received a 9 Promotional Stamps sheet as part of a Stamps.com offer, use the steps below to print your stamps.

Before printing your promotional stamps, print a sample to confirm your printer settings and paper orientation.

Before You Begin

Have the following ready:

  • Your 9 Promotional Stamps sheet

  • The serial number printed on the upper-right corner of the sheet

  • A printer connected to Stamps.com

Online

  1. Go to the Mail tab in the toolbar.

  2. Enter the serial number from your Promotional Stamps sheet.

  3. Click the Print All box.

    Preview & Position. Arrow points to the checked Print All checkbox.

  4. Load the test sheet into your printer.

  5. Click Print Sample.

    Box on the Print Sample button.

  6. Verify that the sample prints in the correct location.

    If needed, adjust the paper orientation and print another sample.

  7. Load the Promotional Stamps sheet.

  8. Click Print Stamps.

    Box highlights the Print Stamps button.

PC Software

  1. Go to Print > Stamps.

    Stamps PC. Box shows the Stamps tab marked in the sidebar under Print.

  2. Enter the serial number from your Promotional Stamps sheet, then select Print All.

    PC version. Promo Stamps. Print details. Arrows to Serial Number, Print Quantity, & Print all checkbox.

  3. Load the test sheet into your printer.

  4. Click Print Sample.

  5. Verify that the sample prints in the correct location.

    If needed, adjust the paper orientation and print another sample.

  6. Load the Promotional Stamps sheet.

  7.  Click Print Postage.

Your Stamps.com Welcome Kit is on its way, complete with a variety of NetStamps sheets and adhesive shipping labels.

Stamps Promo-Stamps. Welcome Kit. shows several sheets of printed stamps.

In the meantime, you can:

  • Print postage directly onto envelopes

  • Print shipping labels on plain paper or adhesive shipping labels
