Use Stamps.com's packing slip functionality to print a packing slip for the shipments you prepare in ORDERS. Packing slips can be used to pick and verify the contents of an order and then included in the package to let your customers know exactly what they ordered and what should be in the box.
This article will guide you through printing packing slips from Stamps.com and show you how to configure your packing slips to meet your business needs.

To print a packing slip:
Online
With Stamps.com Online, you'll print the packing slip at the same time that you print your shipping label is printed.

Proceed as you normally would to Create and Print Shipping Labels for an order.

Check the Include Packing Slip option in the print window when printing your shipping label.

Verify that the correct printing media is selected in the Printing On drop-down menu.
Packing Slips can only be printed when either Shipping Label - 8 1/2" x 11" Paper or Roll - 4" x 6" Shipping Label is selected.
A packing slip will now print along with the shipping label.
PC Software
The Stamps.com PC software allows you to print just a packing slip or to print a packing slip along with your shipping label.

Select the order you wish to print.

Expand the Print button options. Then, select Packing Slip Only, Packing Slip and Shipping Label, or Print Sample > Packing Slip and Shipping Label.

Verify that the correct printer and print media are selected. Then, click the Print button.
If you are only printing a packing slip, select Plain paper (letter) 1 per page as the print media.
Additional Information About Packing Slips

Stamps.com packing slips display up to 10 line items. If there are more than 10 line items on an order, the first 9 items will be listed, and the last row will indicate how many items are on the order with the following message: 9 OF [# of total items] ITEMS LISTED

To customize how your packing slips print:
Online
You can modify packing slips printed to specify how line items are sorted, to include item prices and SKUs, and to include a custom message to your customers.

Open the Settings window by clicking the Settings icon.

Expand Orders and select Packing Slips.

Specify how items on the packing slip should be organized by expanding the Order Items By drop-down menu and selecting by SKU, Name, Item Quantity (low to high), or Item Quantity (high to low).

Select whether or not to include Item Prices or Item SKUs on the printed packing slips.
By default, prices and SKUs are included. Uncheck the appropriate checkbox if you do not wish to include one or the other on the packing slip.

Enter the Header Text and Body Text fields to include a custom message at the bottom of your packing slip.

Click Done to save your changes.
PC Software
With the Stamps.com PC software, you can modify packing slips to include a company logo, a custom message, and a reference.

Graphic or Company Logo
A graphic, like your company logo, can be printed next to the return address. When you add a graphic to your packing slip, it will also print on the shipping label. You can add individual graphics or logos to each order source.
To add a graphic or company logo:

Custom Message
Add a custom message to be included at the bottom of your packing slip. You can add an individual message for each order source.
To add a custom message:

Go to Orders. Then, click the Manage Data Sources button and select Edit Source.

Select the Profile you wish to add the logo to and click Edit.

Select the Packing Slip tab. Enter your message into the Message field.

Reference
Include a reference on the printed packing slip and the shipping label. References are entered for each order individually using the Print Msg field.
To add a reference:

Double-click the order to open the order details.

Enter your reference into the Print Msg field of the Package Options tab.
