Expand the History tab and select Search Print History.

Specify the print history you wish to export using the following methods:

Select a Date Printed, Eligible For, or Status filter.

Use the Advanced Search option.

Click the Export button in the action bar to export the print history to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.
The exported report will include all prints on the screen.
The CSV file will be created and downloaded to your computer.
