Close Your Account

To cancel your subscription and close your Stamps.com account, you can cancel online or call 1-855-608-2677, Monday through Friday, 6 am-6 pm Pacific Time. One of our award-winning Customer Care Representatives will be happy to assist you.

To close your account online:

Online

  1. Select Manage Account from the username drop-down menu:

  2. Select Change/Cancel Plan under Account Settings:

  3. Click Close Account and follow the onscreen directions.

PC Software

  1. Go to the Account Settings tab and then choose Subscription Plan.
