About Our Billing Process

Stamps.com bills at the end of the billing cycle for the prior month of service.

If you downgrade or cancel your account, you will see a charge for your prior plan at the end of your billing cycle.

Your next bill will reflect your new plan cost + any applicable taxes.
To close your account online:
Before you close your account, you may be invited to test a new offer that only charges you for the postage you print.
Any existing funds in your account will be applied towards postage prints. After that, you will not be able to add funds, as each print will be an individual transaction. Additional fees apply to certain transactions.
We recommend this option if you want to:
