You can change your subscription plan at any time to better match your mailing and shipping needs.
When you change your plan:

Upgrades take effect right away, and updated charges apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and your current plan remains active until then.
To change your plan:
Stamps.com bills your monthly service fee on the same date each month. Your billing date is the date you registered your account.
For example, if you sign up on March 8, you will be billed on April 8. If your billing date falls on a day that does not occur every month, such as the 30th or 31st, you will be billed on the last day of the month. For example, if you sign up on January 30th, your next bill will be issued on February 28th or 29th, depending on whether it's a leap year, followed by March 31st.
Stamps.com will calculate your monthly service fee based on your service plan and charge your credit card accordingly.
