Update Your Contact Information

Your Contact Information is used to contact you regarding your Stamps.com account. The contact information is usually the same as your billing address but may not be the same as your Ship From address.

To update your contact information:

Online

  1. Select Manage Account from the Username drop-down menu.

  2. Expand Account Settings and choose Contact Info.

  3. Update your contact information. Then, click the Save button.

PC Software

  1. Choose Account.

  3. Update your contact information. Then, click the Save button.
