Your Shipping Address, also known as your Origin Zip or Postal Meter Address, is the address you mail from. It is used to determine postage rates. If your location changes, you will want to update your shipping address in your account. Your Return Address is only for undeliverable mail pieces and can be different from your Postal Meter Address.
When adding or updating shipping addresses in Stamps.com, keep the following requirements in mind:

PO Boxes: You cannot use a PO Box as a shipping address.

USPS shipping labels: Ship From and Return addresses must include a complete street address, city, state, and ZIP Code. Incomplete addresses may prevent USPS labels from being created.
To edit a shipping address:
You can only delete Ship From addresses in Stamps.com online. In the Stamps.com PC application, you can add and edit addresses, but not delete them.
