Manage Shipping Addresses

Your Shipping Address, also known as your Origin Zip or Postal Meter Address, is the address you mail from. It is used to determine postage rates. If your location changes, you will want to update your shipping address in your account. Your Return Address is only for undeliverable mail pieces and can be different from your Postal Meter Address.

Important

You cannot use a Post Office Box as a shipping address.

Add Shipping Address

To add a shipping address:

Online

  1. Select Manage Shipping Addresses from the Ship From dropdown menu.

  2. Select Add.

  3. Enter the new shipping address, including the ZIP code. Then select Save.

PC Software

  1. Go to the Account tab.

    Stamps PC. Box shows the Account tab marked in the sidebar

  2. Click Shipping Address.

  3. Enter a new address.

  4. Click Save. The Address Matching System will verify your address.

Edit Shipping Address

To edit a shipping address:

Online

  1. Select Manage Shipping Addresses from the Ship From dropdown menu.

  2. Select the address you'd like to edit, then select Edit.

  3. Enter your changes, then select Save.

PC Software

  1. Go to the Account tab.

  2. Click Ship From Address from Account Settings.

  3. Enter your changes and click Save.

Delete Shipping Address

You can only delete Ship From addresses in Stamps.com online. In the Stamps.com PC application, you can add and edit addresses, but not delete them.

To delete a shipping address:

  1. Select Manage Shipping Addresses from the Ship From dropdown menu.

  2. Select the address you'd like to delete, then select Delete.
