Stamps.com allows you to reprint an envelope if there is an issue with printing. For example, the printer runs out of ink, or you chose the wrong printer. On the Print page, you can click the Reprint option to retry the print without being charged for postage again.
Print a Sample Envelope
If this is your first time printing an envelope, we recommend Printing a Sample Envelope to ensure your printer is properly configured.
To reprint an envelope:
Online

Click Reprint, which appears at the top of the page after your initial print.
Do not change any print details, such as mail class or weight, or leave the page. Any changes to print details disables the Reprint feature and you will need to request a postage refund.

Check the box to certify that the misprinted postage will never be used, then click Continue.

Select the correct printer and paper tray, then click Print in the Reprint Postage window.
PC Software

Click the Reprint button, which becomes available after every print.
