Stamps.com Desktop App is a downloadable application that sends print tasks from your account to your printer hardware. It allows you to print postage from your Stamps.com account when using any browser on any device to any printer on your Desktop App-enabled workstation. You will also need it to connect and use a USB Postal Scale.
For the best experience, we recommend installing the Stamps.com Desktop App when you first sign up for Stamps.com. If you prefer, you can prepare some shipping labels without the Stamps.com Desktop app, but you may not be able to print all types of postage or use all types of printers.
Using Chrome with Stamps.com Desktop App
With the Chrome browser, you can print envelopes and Netstamp sheets without using the Stamps.com Desktop App.
If you are not using Chrome as your browser or you intend to print from a location that is not the printer workstation, you will need to install the Stamps.com Desktop App.

Download and install Stamps.com Desktop App using the link for your OS below:

Open the downloaded installer file.

Automatic Updates
Any updates made to the Stamps.com Desktop App will download and install automatically to ensure you are always on the most up-to-date version.
