Using Service Mapping

Open Settings.

Expand Orders. Then, select Stores.

Select the store. Then, click Edit.

Enter the service name into the Requested Services: field.

The name you enter needs to exactly match the shipping method assigned to your orders when imported. In the following steps, you will define which carrier and service to apply if the Shipping Method of an order has this shipping method name.

Select the carrier from the Carrier: drop-down menu.

Select the service from the Shipping Service: drop-down menu.

Click Add New Service Mapping and repeat steps 4 - 6 for each service you need to map. Then, click Save.

Select Orders. Then, click Manage Data Sources and choose Edit Source.

Choose the store. Then, click the Edit button.

Enter the name of the service you are mapping into the Requested Services: field.

The shipping method name you enter needs to exactly match the shipping method assigned to your orders when imported. In the following steps, you will define the service to apply if the Shipping Method of an order has this shipping method name.

Select the service to be applied from the Shipping Service: drop-down menu.

Click Add New Service Mapping and repeat steps 2 and 3 above for each service you need to map. Then, click Save.

You may be presented with the Profile Options screen after saving your changes. Click Done to return to the main screen.
