Shopify is one of the most popular and accessible online store platforms. You can create an online store quickly and connect to Stamps.com to handle shipping.
Connection Requirements:

A Shopify account

Shopify username and password

Your account must be on a supported plan to connect a store.
Order Import Requirements:

Only Paid and Not Fulfilled orders will import.
To connect your Shopify store to Stamps.com:
Online

Select Shopify from the Store Connect window.

Click the link Login to your Shopify admin here.

Log in to Shopify when the Shopify App Store window opens.
The app should automatically load, but you may need to click Install to purchase it first.

Click Update to allow Shopify access to your Stamps data.
You will be redirected to Stamps and may need to log in again.

Give your Shopify store a personalized nickname, adjust your Service Mappings and any other settings, then click Save.
This nickname is how your Shopify store will appear in ORDERS.

PC Software

Select Shopify and click Next.

Click the link Login to your Shopify admin here.
Because you are opening a browser, you will be prompted to log in to Stamps online and finish set up there.

Log into Shopify when the Shopify Login window opens.

Select Stamps.com then click the Get button.

Give your Shopify store a personalized nickname, adjust your Service Mappings and any other settings, then click Save.
This nickname is how your Shopify store will appear in ORDERS.

Postback Option
The Postback option is to post back order details only when orders are manually marked as printed. Unless necessary, leave this option unchecked. Stamps.com automatically posts back-tracking information when shipping labels are printed.
Your Shopify Profile will appear in the Profile Tree in Orders.

When shipping labels are printed, tracking information is automatically posted back to Shopify for shipment notification emails.

Each completed order is marked in Shopify as Fulfilled.
Processing Delay
Depending on processing time, you may experience a delay between when an order is placed on Shopify and when it can be imported into Stamps.com.
Reauthorizing your Shopify connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Stamps.com and your Shopify store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
To reauthorize a Shopify store:
Online

Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.

Enter your Shopify Domain and then click Connect.

Log in to Shopify when the Shopify App Store window opens.

Click Update to allow Shopify access to your Stamps data.

Click Save.
You are now reconnected to Shopify.
PC Software
-
Click Manage Data Sources and select Edit Source.
-
Select the store to reauthorize, then click the Edit button.

Click the X to close the General Settings screen.

Click the Reconnect... button.
-
Log into Shopify when the Shopify Login window opens.
The PC software will reauthorize the connection to Shopify and return you to the Profile Options screen.

Click Done.
You are now reconnected to your Shopify store.
The profile will import orders again, but it may take up to 30 minutes before orders import.
If there are no orders importing after 30 minutes, try Resetting the Orders Refresh Date.
