Connect your Etsy store to Stamps.com to manage and ship your orders quickly.
Shipment and Delivery Notifications for Etsy Orders
Customer shipment and delivery notifications for Etsy orders now will come from Etsy only. Third parties like Stamps.com will no longer send customers shipment or delivery notifications for Etsy orders. See the Disable Etsy Notifications section in this article.
Connection Requirements:

An active Etsy account

Your Etsy username and password

Connecting a store requires your Stamps.com account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.
Order Import Requirements:

Only Payment Received orders will import.
To connect an Etsy store:
Online

Select Etsy.

Follow the onscreen prompts to allow Stamps.com access to your Etsy store. You may need to sign in to Etsy as part of this process.
Your Etsy store is now connected. You can import your orders or adjust your store settings.
PC Software

Select Etsy and click Next.
Etsy will open in a browser window and prompt you to sign in to your Etsy account.

Click Grant Access to grant Stamps.com access to retrieve orders from Etsy.

Select Etsy and click Done in the Manage Profiles pop-up.
Your Etsy store is now connected. You can adjust your store settings and click Save.
Reauthorizing your Etsy connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Stamps.com and your Etsy store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
To reauthorize Etsy:
Online

Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.

Follow the onscreen prompts to allow Stamps.com access to your Etsy store. You may need to sign in to Etsy as part of this process.
Your Etsy store is now connected. You can import your orders or adjust your store settings.
You are now reconnected to Etsy.
PC Software

Click Manage Data Sources and select Edit Source.

Select the store to reauthorize, then click the Edit button.

Click the X to close the General Settings screen.

Click the Reconnect... button.

Follow the onscreen prompts to allow Stamps.com access to your Etsy store. You may need to sign in to Etsy as part of this process.

Click Grant Access to grant Stamps.com access to retrieve orders from Etsy.

Click Done.
You are now reconnected to Etsy.

Per Etsy’s seller policy, you may only use a buyer’s email address or other information for Etsy-related communications or Etsy-facilitated transactions. You may not use this information for unsolicited commercial messages or unauthorized transactions, including any email or physical mailing lists, marketing, or to obtain or retain payment information.
We will turn off these notifications for our Stamps.com merchants. No action will be required on your part.
Stamps.com will continue to send shipment notifications and tracking details to Etsy, and you can continue to rely on Etsy’s post-shipment notifications to communicate shipment status to your Etsy customers.
