Connect a Big Cartel Store

Connect your Big Cartel store to Stamps.com to manage and ship your orders quickly.

Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active Big Cartel account

  • Your Big Cartel username and password

  • Your account must be on a supported plan to connect a store.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Only Payment Received orders will import.

How to Connect Big Cartel

To connect a Big Cartel store:

Online

  1. Go to the Orders tab, then click Settings.

  2. Click Orders, then select Stores from the Settings menu.

  3. Click + Add.

  4. Select Big Cartel.

  5. Click the Connect button to be taken to Big Cartel's site.

  6. Log in to your Big Cartel account to authorize the connection (if you were already logged in to Big Cartel, this step will be skipped). By logging in to your account, you grant Stamps.com permission to access and update your order data.

    After logging in to your Big Cartel account, you will be redirected back to Stamps.com.

  7. Adjust your store settings and click Save.

PC Software

  1. Go to Orders in the sidebar.

  2. Select Add Source under Manage Data Sources.

  3. Select Big Cartel from the Choose Data Source popup, then click Next.

    Alternate Route to Add Store

    If you cannot locate a store in the Choose Data Source popup here, you can try using the Stamps online version. You may also try the Ecommerce support pages.

  4. Log in to your Big Cartel account to authorize the connection (if you were already logged in to Big Cartel, this step will be skipped). By logging in to your account, you grant Stamps.com permission to access and update your order data.

    After logging in to your Big Cartel account, you will be redirected back to Stamps.com.

  5. Adjust your store settings and click Save.
