Reprint an Ecommerce Shipping Label

If your ecommerce shipping label does not print correctly or your printer encounters an issue, you can reprint the label from the Orders or History tab.

Labels reprinted within 24 hours of the original purchase can be reprinted at no additional cost. After 24 hours, you must refund and repurchase the shipping label refund and repurchase the shipping label before reprinting.

Reprint from Orders

To reprint a qualified label:

This will send the label to your printer to print again. Remember, you can only reprint a label within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to refund and repurchase the label.

Reprint From History

You can also reprint shipping labels from the History tab when using the Stamps.com Online app if your account is on a subscription plan that supports this feature.

This feature is only available on certain subscription plans.

Reprint Timeframes

When reprinting from the History tab, each Stamps.com carrier has a specific window for processing reprints. Please review the table below to ensure you are within the reprint timeframe window for your carrier.

Note

Once the reprint window for your carrier has expired, you will no longer be able to request a reprint. To submit a refund for your print, see Request a Label Refund.

To reprint from the History tab:

  1. For Stamps Online version:

    For Stamps PC version:

  2. Select the print you want to reprint and click Reprint.

  3. Click Reprint in the Reprint Label window.

  4. Select the correct printer and paper tray, then click Print in the Reprint Postage window.

This will send the label to your printer to print again.
