Connect a Squarespace Store

Connect a Squarespace store to Stamps.com to import orders and ship quickly.

Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active Squarespace account on one of their Commerce plans (Basic or Advanced).

  • Your Squarespace username and password

  • Your account must be on a supported plan to connect a store.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Include a Ship To address.

  • Contain at least one physical product.

Connect a Squarespace Store

To connect a Squarespace store:

Online

  1. Go to the Orders tab, then click Settings.

  2. Click Orders, then select Stores from the Settings menu.

  3. Click + Add.

    Orders > Settings > Stores. Box highlights + Add button.

  4. Select Squarespace.

  5. Click Connect.

    You will be redirected to the Squarespace authorization site.

  6. Click Allow to authorize Stamps.com to communicate with your Squarespace account.

    Squarespace is now connected. You can import your orders or customize your store settings.

PC Software

  1. Go to Orders in the sidebar.

  2. Select Add Source under Manage Data Sources.

  3. Select Squarespace and then Next.

  4. Click Connect.

    You will be redirected to the Squarespace authorization site.

  5. Click Allow to authorize Stamps.com to communicate with your Squarespace account.

  6. Adjust your Squarespace store settings and click Save.
