Connect your BigCommerce store to Stamps.com to manage and ship your orders quickly.
Connection Requirements:

An active BigCommerce account.

The BigCommerce store owner's username and password.

Connecting a store requires your Stamps.com account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.
Order Import Requirements:

Only Payment Received orders will import.
To connect a BigCommerce store:
Online
-
Select BigCommerce in the Add your Store or Marketplace pop-up.
The Connect Your BigCommerce Store window will open.

Click the here link to open a new browser window to log in to BigCommerce.

Click Install on the Stamps.com Online App page.

Click Confirm once the installation is complete.
The Stamps.com BigCommerce Settings pop-up will open.

Set up your Service Mapping and other customizations, then click Save.

Click Done in the Order Settings pop-up.
Your BigCommerce orders will import into Stamps.com and display in the Orders grid.
Once you have at least one store connected and no orders awaiting shipment, click the Refresh Orders button to import new orders.
PC Software

Go to Orders.
-
Select the Manage Data Sources drop-down and click Add Source.

Select BigCommerce, then Next.
The BigCommerce Profile window will open.

Open a new browser window and log in to your BigCommerce account.

Select Apps from the sidebar in BigCommerce.

Enter Stamps in the search bar.

Click on the Stamps app and then Install.
-
Click Confirm once the installation is complete.

Enter a nickname for your account in the Stamps.com browser window.

Copy the Profile Token from the BigCommerce Profile window.

Paste the Profile Token into BigCommerce.
-
Click Continue in the Stamps.com browser window.
The Profile Options window will open, where you can set your label options.

Click Done, then click Done again in the Manage Profiles popup.
Your BigCommerce store will now be connected and appear in the Profile Tree in Orders.
Order Import Start Date
Wait 15 minutes and click Import Orders when importing orders from your BigCommerce store for the first time. If prompted to select a start date, choose a date prior to the oldest order you are importing.
Reauthorizing your BigCommerce connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Stamps.com and your BigCommerce store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
To reauthorize BigCommerce:
Online

Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.

Click the here link to open a new browser window to log in to BigCommerce.

Click Install on the Stamps.com Online App page.

Click Confirm once the installation is complete.
The Stamps.com BigCommerce Settings pop-up will open.

Verify your Service Mapping and other configurations. Then, click Save.

Click Done in the Order Settings pop-up.
You are now reconnected to BigCommerce.
PC Software
-
Go to Orders. Then, click Manage Data Sources and select Edit Source.

Select the store to reauthorize, then click the Edit button.

Click the X to close the General Settings screen.

Click the Reconnect... button.
-
Open a new browser window and log in to your BigCommerce account.

Select Apps from the sidebar in BigCommerce.

Enter Stamps in the search bar.

Click on the Stamps app and then Install.

Click Confirm once the installation is complete.

Copy the Profile Token from the BigCommerce Profile window.
