Stamps.com provides both domestic and international service options when creating an UPS label. For added convenience, Stamps.com offers the ability to schedule one-time pickups for UPS shipments directly in the app.
UPS offers several different services to ship your packages. Each service has its own specific requirements and costs, so it is important to review your selections carefully before shipping to avoid delays or cost adjustments.
If your package happens to arrive damaged or becomes lost, you can fill out a UPS Claim Form.
For certain services, UPS offers a Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) for packages not delivered by the date and time indicated for delivery when the shipment was processed. UPS will either credit or refund the transportation charges for each such shipment to the payer only. Learn more about the UPS Service Guarantee.
To submit a GSR request for UPS from Stamps.com shipments, please fill out our Guaranteed Service Request form.
UPS Services GSR 15 Day Rule
All requests for a Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. If the UPS service you used does not appear as an option listed on the GSR form, then that service is not eligible for the GSR.
Expand the sections below to see descriptions of the UPS service options available in Stamps.com. All available service and package types follow carrier policies and guidelines for that service class.
